As an NMC Registered Nurse Prescriber, I'm medically trained to assess your skin, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and prescribe treatments accordingly not just apply a set protocol. That means your treatment plan is based on clinical judgement, not a menu. It also means I can recognise and manage any medical complication, should one arise.

Every visit starts with a proper consultation, not a sales pitch. I'll look at your skin, ask about your concerns and goals, and recommend what's genuinely going to help. Sometimes that's one treatment, sometimes a combination, and sometimes it's "let's leave this for now." You'll never be pushed into something you don't need.

They work differently and often work well together. Skin boosters hydrate and improve skin quality from within. Sculptra gradually stimulates your own collagen for natural volume and firmness over time. Microneedling triggers your skin's repair process to improve texture, tone and fine lines. Which one (or combination) suits you depends on your skin and what you're trying to achieve - we'll cover this at consultation.

Most clients find both very manageable. Downtime varies: microneedling typically means a day or two of redness like mild sunburn, while peels range from no visible downtime to some flaking over several days depending on strength. I'll always talk you through what to expect for your specific treatment before booking.

Aftercare varies depending on the treatment, and you’ll be provided with clear, detailed instructions to ensure a smooth healing process and optimal results. Rest assured, we’re always available to support you with any questions or concerns you may have after your treatment.

This depends on the treatment. Botox typically shows results within 3–14 days and lasts around 3–4 months. Skin boosters and microneedling build skin quality gradually over a course of sessions, with results developing over weeks. Sculptra works the slowest of all, gradually building collagen over several months, with results that can last up to two years or more. I'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific plan.

The clinic is based centrally in Christchurch, Dorset, just two minutes from the Priory Church, with private parking-friendly access. Many clients also travel in from Bournemouth, Poole, Highcliffe and the New Forest.
